The biggest thing Carol did during our migration was identifying our shortfalls and explaining what was needed. We had some participants who were not as knowledgeable with Deltek and she spent the time to educate them and get them to understand the changes that we needed to make as an organization. What mattered most was the guidance and support I received from Carol during this transition. She was very knowledgeable and patient in working with us during the migration process.
